I think I've mentioned before that I suck at drawing, but at a friend house (who loves cartooning) I had a go at drawing again and it turned out really good. it was only a pic drawn from a reference pic, but it's better than anything I've ever drawn before, so once our printer/scanner is fixed, I'm posting it

funny how my first Death Note drawing is of Near, my last favourite character. he seemed to be one of the easiest to draw (plus the fact he's all black and white) and the only chara I actually have a decent anime screenshot of. I was planning to draw Light, but I actually have no screenshots of him (must get some)

so now I'm hyped up over the fact I can actually post some things!

EDIT: oh yes, and yesterday we got a goat. seriously. we drove out to the more country area just outside of Toowoomba, and picked up a nanny goat we called Lulu. she's out the back right now, and I'm still finding it hard to grasp the fact that WE HAVE A FUCKING NANNY GOAT AS A PET. and our cats (and our dog) are all going WTF ARE you? as they've never even seen a goat before.
